A CCA Libraries guide to resources in business and design, supporting the research demands of CCA's MBA in Design Strategy.

Off-campus access

To access most library online resources, such as article or image databases, from off-campus you need to login with your CCA library card. Your CCA student ID card is your library card. Take it to the circulation desk at either library to obtain a library barcode. The registration process takes about 5 minutes, but must be done in person.

Articles, journals, and periodical databases

The library website provides online access to a number of periodical indexes and scores of full-text articles in leading business and design journals.

» Article Search

When you don't have a citation, and are doing basic or beginning research, you can use the Article Search feature to search a number of article databases at once.

» Journal Finder

If you already have a reference or citation to a specific article, you can use the Journal Finder to search by journal title and find whether or not CCA has the journal online or on the shelves.

» Design & Applied Art Index

Provides access to abstracts for journal articles published in over 450 international craft and design journals since 1973 and includes data on over 50,000 designers, craftspeople, studios, workshops and companies.

» OmniFile Full Text Select

Full-text database providing full text articles in all subject areas, including business. Mark the "subject area" for business at the bottom of the search page to limit your results to articles from business-related journals:
