New mural unveiling event in Oakland Wed. Sept. 2nd

Join the artists to unveil the new mural on the Oakland campus Wednesday September 2nd from 5 - 6 pm. This project was led by faculty member and noted muralist Eduardo Pineda, and addresses issues of diversity and social justice - there will be a question and answer session with the artists in front of the Martinez building.

Meyer library has created displays to celebrate the creation of the mural and the history mural projects on the Oakland campus. Photos and other documentation of previous murals are on display, as well as materials used in the creation of this mural. Please stop by and check them out.
