The CCA Libraries have been scanning and digitizing small excerpts from titles in our Artists' Books Collection. These special works use the book for more than just the transmission of text; they bend the possibilities of the format, employing images and unique designs to play with our expectations. While you can always visit the CCA Libraries to view these works in person, now you can see samples of them online, too! We've designed an interactive flipbook reader that lets you turn images of pages as if the book were in your hands. Here are a few of my favorites:
