Summer Services Update
Our physical libraries will continue to be closed through the summer, and due to staff furloughs, we’ve had to restrict many of our services.
CCA Librarians are online and available to support summer courses. For library-specific questions, please check our Frequently Asked Questions or contact us! For questions about technology or teaching online, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
Librarians are available during regular business hours to assist you via chat. When a librarian is online, you'll see the teal "Questions? Chat with a Librarian!" tab.

Library Services for Instructors
Our new upgraded Moodle will be available starting June 4th. Workshops and support for Summer instructors will begin the following week.
Workshops and support for Fall courses using the new Moodle will begin July 1st. If you need previous course content imported into a new fall course site, send your requests to the Help Desk.
Materials purchasing will be on hold until July 1st. To better serve our hybrid and online courses in the Fall, we will be prioritizing purchasing electronic resources whenever possible.
ILL service will be limited to 3 requests per patron per month.
Updates Regarding Checked-Out Library Material
If you have items still checked out from the library, we ask that you hold on to items until the campuses reopen. Due dates have been extended for you until the first day of Fall semester, and you will not receive overdue fines during the time the library is closed. If you must return items, you may return items to either campus library's book drop, accessible at the following dates and times:
SF Campus: Tuesday and Thursdays, 11a-1p
Oakland Campus: Monday and Wednesdays, 11a-1p
